End-to-end project management

Partnering with you from conception ideas, scope, execution, and completion, I work with you step-by-step throughout the project lifecycle.

I’ve worked on all kinds of projects from national campaigns to logos for a local shop. I’ve worked on multistep and complex projects for big events, promotions, packaging, social media and digital campaigns, and everything in between.

Lastly, I understand that every client is working with a different budget. In addition to creating estimates and tracking costs, I work with you to make sure we are creating deliverables that meet your brand’s needs and your budget.

Collaboration

When you hire me, whether it’s for one project or an entire campaign initiative, I work with you to facilitate making your vision a reality. You tell me what needs to be done and we work on a game plan together. After we have a plan, I put all the gears in motion and keep them going. With routine check-ins and full transparency of task status on Asana (or software of your choosing), you will know where your project stands and can focus on the job you signed on to do.

Creative Campaigns

No creative? No problem! With a B.F.A. in studio art and creative graphic design experience, I can help you. I can help with projects that need print/digital media, logo creation, branding guidelines, social media posts, small-scale photography, and copy. If your deliverables require specific creative or extra talent, we will tap into my network of creatives to join us for the ride.

Organization

Searching and searching and searching for something is time wasted. I observe your day-to-day working style, share my observations, and then work with you on a plan to help you stay organized and get back to your tasks. I can assist with anything you need from organizing cloud storage on your computer networks, to even physically coming in to help organize your desk and office. I can help you make the most of your productivity with time management strategies from helping structure status meetings to workstream processes.
