A One-women show on paper but collaborates with clients like I’m on your team. And I’ll work like hell for you.

Catherine Pepin
Project Manager, Creative, idea spewer, wife, mom, and human
I prefer to go by Cate. In a nutshell, I’m a “Pocket PM” with the additional bonus of creative services. With my background in art and diverse career experience, I take a different approach to working with clients. I like to partner with my clients and prefer to get my hands dirty on projects with them working side-by-side.
After earning my B.F.A., in Visual Arts and studying Psychology, I landed a job “a million girls would kill for” (Devil Wears Prada) in fashion. I worked as a creative designer for a small women's clothing line. I collaborated with the lead fashion designers and our work was sold in notable places such as Barney’s, Henri Bendels (R.I.P.), Anthropologie, Ron Herman, Fred Segal, and Saks Fifth Avenue. After my time there, I wanted to give back.
So, I went for a Duel Master’s Degree in elementary and special education. After years as an educator, it was time to go back to the creative field. This time, I pivoted into a Project Manager role at an advertising agency. The transition was more seamless than imagined. My specialty in working on creative projects evolved over the years organically.
When I’m not working, I cherish spending time with my son, husband, and dog. I enjoy running, hiking, skiing, Bravo TV, painting, photography, and searching for vintage designer pieces.
Based in CP Creative Projects HQ. Loves a good car ride though.
Rhea Sunshine Pepin
Morality Booster/Worst Intern ever
Rhea only joins assignments per client request as she understands not everyone is a dog person. You might see her wandering around in the background trying to look busy. I put her here to make her feel included.
She is a Portuguese Water Dog who velcros herself to anyone who lets her. She likes to think of herself as the comic relief in video meetings, however, she is more than that. She provides feedback (always positive so take it with a rock of salt), emotional support, pep talks, team motivation, and will distract children so parents can get important work done.
She works pro bono.
